Sales Manager Industrial.
We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Manager- Industrial reporting directly to the General Manager and being an integral part of the senior management team..
The Industrial Market continues to hold many opportunities for HUBER+SUHNER (UK) and this high profile role will be expected to drive further success in this area.
Responsibilities include:
- To be integral part of the Management Team in their mission to steer Company, profitably, in attainment of budget goals.
- To manage and direct a small Sales team, with specific focus on product and solution based applications
- To grow profitable sales, develop long term business/customer relationships and provide input/support to wider corporate and local initiatives.
- To drive market share gain.
- To help build positive brand image within nominated market segments by directing, where necessary, appropriate, Mar Com initiatives.
- To advise on, and position, new product and sloution growth opportunities, as per core competencies of the company.
- To manage and control all sales costs related to the Industrial activities.
- To commercially manage the Industrial business to ensure sustained local and corporate profiatability.
- Achieve as a minimum double digit year on year growth.
- Establish and develop excellent relationships with the divisions in Switzerland.
Required Skills
- Excellent technical knowledge, with RF as the preferred.
- First classs sales management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship skills
- Good commercial and strategic acumen
- Excellent planning and implementation skills
- Good communication and administration skills
