(FAE) Field Applications Engineer.
Due to continuing Company success we are lookingto recruit a Field Aplications Engineer to join our RF Industrial Sales team. This role is responsible for supporting our external sales activities in ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our RF product capabilities and in achieving print position. The role will also have responsibility for a number of specific customers and their development.
The key requirements for this role are:
Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Proven industry / market and RF product knowledge gained from a minimum: 3 years relevant industry experience.
- Experience in RF cable assemblies will be a distinct advantage.
Skills:
- Technically proficient, must have ability to understand complex customer applications and systems.
- Excellent communication (oral, written, negotiation) skills
- First Class presentation and professional appearance
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of RF theory and RF passive components.
Personal Qualifications:
- Ability to travel as required in support of position objectives, up to 85% of time will be face to face with customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced, sales oriented environment.
- Self motivated and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Acute customer focus.
